Holiday Must Haves!

Ok mammas' I want to hear from you. What are some of your holiday must haves! One of my favs is a sweater dress that I can dress up or wear casual.  I found one at Victoria's Secret for $69, vneck angora sweaterdress. I feel super sexy in it & could wear it with some leggings & boots or dress up with some heels & bold jewelry.  I want to hear from you & what other mamma fashionista's put in their "must have" closet! Black Friday 2011.....Yikes!

It's almost here! The "biggest" sale of the year........ or is it really???? I do not encourage black friday sales unless you do your research & find that one awesome deal.  The best sales are actually in January.  Stores are trying to clear all their overstock & get ready for the Spring Season.  During this time you can find designer brands sometimes up to 90% off.  My average designer find at this time of year is around 80% off.  Ask the sales associate when the spring line will be coming in.  I usually take two days to shop one at the beginning of the new line & then a few weeks later when prices are even cut more.  Happy Shopping this week, I will be taking a ziplining trip instead on Black Friday! p.s. My First Blog!

A stay at home mom on & off for the last 8 years, wow, I'm starting to wonder where my passion went.  My passion for who I was made to be outside the mommy world.  So here's my new place to come to, to share my passion with the world! I love anything that brings color to the world, like a new handbag :) Well the that & a ton of other things surrounding us everyday.  Like the sun setting, the sound of waves hitting the beach, the laughter of my children and so many other beautiful things we are blessed with beyond measure.  I have such a passion for life & how we spend it. Including how we feel about ourselves.  And as a mom we often neglect our self physically & mentally.  A simple way I've found to pamper myself is with fashion & beauty.  I love trying new makeup looks or getting a pair of new shoes.  I feel like I can conquer the world with those new pair of boots & some snazzy new makeup looks.  It brings self confidence & excitement to my otherwise sweatpants type of stay at home day.  So maybe someone out there will like some of my mamma fashionista posts.  We can still feel sexy & beautiful even as a mamma!
